These are interim terms ahead of the App Store release. Full terms will replace this page at launch.

Who provides Forge

Forge is provided by Markiian Podliashetskyi, a sole trader (Einzelunternehmer) registered in Austria and trading as RemSoft.Dev, Wolfsaugasse 10, 1200 Vienna, Austria. VAT ID: ATU81676704. Contact: support@forgewellness.app.

The service

Forge is an iPhone app that turns typed or photographed meals, workouts and weigh-ins into log entries and shows your progress. Entries are estimates. Forge is not medical, nutritional or fitness advice. Talk to a professional before changing your diet or training because of anything Forge shows.

Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use Forge.

Your account

You need an account to use Forge. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is logged under your account, including entries created through a connected assistant that you approve.

Subscription

Forge is not yet available to the public. After the App Store release, Forge requires a subscription billed through Apple. Trial length, price and cancellation follow the App Store listing and your Apple account settings. The subscription renews automatically for the same period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase or, if you start with a free trial, when the trial ends. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, and do not use it to store content that is illegal or that belongs to someone else.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time in the app. Forge may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. If you use Forge as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim before the courts there. Otherwise, the courts of Vienna, Austria, have jurisdiction.
